With a unique, multi-sectional design that provides three fully private pavilions that house two guest accommodations and a spacious master suite with its own private courtyard and outdoor shower. A large multi-level, central pavilion opens up to a massive 70 ft infinity pool looking out toward the sublime Mayan Mountains and lush tropical rainforest on the edge of the Sibun Nature Reserve. A large gallery entryway divides the main pavilion’s two wings and brings you to the central, floating stairs. The lower level has an insulated wine cellar, large in-wall safe and lots of built-in storage space. On the ground level, you’ll find the home’s living room which showcases a massive stone fireplace and dry bar on the East wing while the West wing opens up to an immense Chef’s Kitchen complete with 48″ Wolf Gas Range, breakfast bar and custom hardwood dining table that seats 10. The upper level offers a home studio on the East wing while the West wing holds the home’s Media/Family Room and opens up to a large upper deck facing the Maya mountain range.

In addition to the main villa, there is a 2 bed, 1 bath home with an open kitchen, dining, and living area and another 1 Bed, 1 Bath home with a Loft, an open kitchen, dining and living area. These are perfect for caretakers, rentals, groundskeeping or security/staff. Included as well is a 6,000 sq ft open-air, steel frame Woodworking Shop that has a concrete floor and metal roofing along with a 1,200 sq ft, covered, 4 bay Tractor/Work Shed.

Throughout the 62 acres of lush fertile land, there’s a wide array of organic fruits growing on the property including oranges, tangerines, grapefruit, lime, coconut, mango, avocado, moringa, banana, chaya, raspberry and many herbs and spices. Free-range chickens provide fresh eggs in the morning and two year-round streams offer plenty of hydration. The entire property is 100% off-grid and fully self-sufficient utilizing a combination or micro-hydroelectric and solar power production backed up by diesel-powered generators on an automatic transfer switch that turns on if the battery voltage goes too low.

Ahua Kan is secluded, private, and wonderfully remote yet offers easy access and nearby communities along the Hummingbird Highway. Dangriga, the largest city in the Stann Creek district is a mere 20 mins East while Belmopan, Belize’s capital city lies 40 mins West.
