Agent Profile

Kevin Brandt was born and raised on a farm in the upper midwest of the US. He graduated from North Dakota State with a Bachelor's Degree. He spent the first 20+ years in the Agriculture industry before venturing into the banking and finance industry. He specialized in mortgage lending but also did all other forms of loans for the bank. Kevin and Kelli moved to Belize 6 years ago and fell in love with the island and wanted to make this their permanent home and became permanent residents. Shortly after moving here he was named the Chief Loan Officer for Caye International Bank here on the island with his main emphasis on mortgage loans. Here he gained valuable experience in the real estate market along with real estate transactions. Kevin worked for the bank for 16 months then switched his focus to real estate sales when he went to work for 17 North Global Realty here in San Pedro and hasn't looked back. He brings a wealth of personal and professional experience to The James Group and would love to help you with all of your real estate needs.
