Agent Profile

Josh was born and raised in a small town in Southwest Missouri and spent his early adult life and career in Dallas, TX where he spent 15 years in the mortgage and real estate industry before making the full time leap to Ambergris Caye in 2017. He built and ran his own brokerage on the island for nearly 8 years before joining forces with The James Group in 2024. In his time here Josh has built a successful full-service real estate team and become one of the top agents on the island. When he's not out helping his clients buy or sell real estate you can probably find him at one of the many local hang outs enjoying a cold drink and meeting new people.
